Ingredients
8 oz (225g) penne pasta
2 boneless chicken breasts
3 cups broccoli florets
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chicken broth
2 cups milk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Optional: red pepper flakes for heat
Instructions
Bring 4-6 quarts salted water to a boil in a large pot
Cook pasta 7-8 minutes until al dente, then drain and return to pot
Heat olive oil in the same pot over medium heat, add garlic and sauté 1 minute
Add chicken breasts and cook 5-7 minutes per side until golden
