Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb penne pasta
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook penne pasta in salted boiling water until al dente
In a pan, heat olive oil, then cook chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning
Once chicken is cooked, set aside
Sauté minced garlic in same pan, add heavy cream and Parmesan with warm milk to reduce lumps
Stir in cooked chicken and tossed pasta
Season with additional salt and pepper
